The Most Rev. Raymundo J. Pena, Bishop of the Diocese of Brownsville, will ordain Mishael Koday to the priesthood at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 31 at Immaculate Conception Cathedral in Brownsville.  The public is invited and welcome to attend.
 

We are in need of a welder that can help us repair the metal desks.  If you are a welder or know of a welder who can donate of his time and talent, please contact the parish office at 968-7471.
 

The Coronation of Mary will take place Wednesday, May 28 at
6:30 pm in the church.

All middle school and high school students are invited to a Youth Lock-In at Peter Piper Pizza in Weslaco. The Lock-In will be on June 20 and registration will be at 11:30pm to start at 12 am-6am. The Deadline for early registration is Wednesday, June 18th and its $15. The cost at the door is $20. It covers all the drinks, food, games, videos, door prizes, and concert.

The masses and the banquet for the class of 2008 will be on Sunday, May 25 at either at the 9:15am or 11:00am masses. The banquet for the Senior and their parents will be right afterwards at the parish hall at around 12:15pm.

The Parish Office will be closed on Monday, May 26 in observance of Memorial Day.

On Sunday, May 25th, the three communities of St. Pius X,
St. Joan of Arc and San Martin de Porres, will join together for a Eucharistic Procession
in honor of the Feast of the Body and Blood of Christ. The procession will begin
at 7pm in front of San Martin de Porres Church and end at St. Joan of Arc
Church. The community is invited to attend. Please bring your own water bottle.
