marcy writes, "Rio Grande Valley Catholic Youth Conference Aug. 8-10"Be Not Afraid" (Matthew 14:27) is the theme for the Rio Grande Valley Catholic Youth Conference scheduled Aug. 8-10 at the Dodge Arena. The three day-event will feature Jesse Manibusan, Steve Angrisano and music by Josh Blakesley and Tony Melendez. Registration is $50 per person and includes conference fees, meals and housing. "The early registration deadline is July 12. For registration or more information contact the Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry at (956) 383-0133 or Holy Spirit Parish at (956) 631-5295.
