Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
 
We are asking for prayers for our brother, Julio Garcia.  He is suffering from severe pain to his low back and legs.  His doctor is recommending back surgery as soon as possible.
 
Julio demonstrated his love for the Lord this past weekend.  He was already having difficulty walking and using a cane but he served on team in the Men's Spanish ACTS retreat for St. Pius X this past weekend.  His wife is serving in the Women's Spanish ACTS retreat next weekend.
 
Please keep Julio and his family in your prayers.  May the Lord restore him to his complete health so that he can continue in His service.

My family is in need of prayer for the following:

For my niece Brittany Sanchez she will be needing a kidney transplant in the near future. I ask that the Lord strengthen her parents and siblings during this time of need.

My sister-in-law Jovita Barbosa's cancer has returned and it doesn't look good for her. The doctors have given her 6 months to a year. Jesus is the ultimate physician all is in His loving Hands.

For safety for my nephew 2nd Lt. James Garnett fighting in the war in Afganistan. I pray for his safety and the safety of his patoon and all our soldiers and for an end to this useless war.

It was started by Catholic Nun's with the support of the Diocese of Brownsville, and is still in existence today. One of the founding sisters was Sr. Anne, who is a parishoner of St. Pius X. Another parishoner, Nancy Sandrock, is the Executive Director and the only Certified Nurse-Midwife working at Holy Family. program are invited to attend a mass at 11am & the luncheon right

The Contemporary Rock Band "Leeland" will be in concert in
